After writing a goodbye letter to alcohol at a men’s retreat in 2023, Dan knew his spiritual journey would be the right path to maintain his sobriety, and continue his connection to self, nature, and family. Already certified as a guided meditation instructor, Dan found 9D breathwork while on a quest for furthering his studies. A mix of Solfeggio frequencies, binaural brain waves, somatic breathwork, 432 HZ Harmonic tuning, guided coaching, subliminal hypnotic therapy and more, 9D Breathwork can best be described as Masterfully Crafted Sound and Breathwork Experiences that Facilitate Life-Changing Transformational Experiences.
Dan brings 9D Breathwork, hand crafted nutritious meals, guided meditation, and healing men’s and couple’s circles to Walter Wellness.

Lindsay Walter
Lindsay has been a massage therapist for 20 years after studying at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, OR, commonly known as the Harvard of Massage Schools. Certified in guided meditation, breath-work and sound healing, Lindsay is also an Akashic Records reader, connecting clients to their purpose in life. A keynote speaker and balanced lifestyle guide, Lindsay empowers people to reclaim balance in their lives by making daily micro-shifts using her 4 Pillar Method for Balanced Living. Wellness, self-care, personal development and relationships make up the 4 pillars, a common thread used throughout Walter Wellness Retreats. After searching for ways to reclaim balance in her own life, Lindsay used these pillars to find a successful balance in her own work/home life, which she now shares with audiences large and small. Keynotes, workshops, and 1:1 coaching, and retreat hosting ignite Lindsay’s passion for helping other’s live their very best lives, and she can’t wait to continue her work through Walter Wellness.
